The Columbia Global Freedom of Expression Prizes

The Columbia Global Freedom of Expression Prizes recognize judicial decisions and legal representation around the world that strengthen freedom of expression by promoting international legal norms. The 2018 Prize for Significant Legal Ruling and Prize for Excellence in Legal Services will be presented on: Wednesday, April 25, 2018 6:15 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Rotunda, Low Memorial Library Keynote address: Bassem Youssef, Egyptian Satirist Prize for a Significant Legal Ruling: The “Sugary Drinks” Decision (Decision T-543/17) Constitutional Court of Colombia Prize for Excellence in Legal Services: European Roma Rights Center A reception will follow.
